The cost of the program is US $595 per person.

If you're finding this course less than 3 weeks before the start date, we offer a $100 discount to anyone who signs up for one of our free LOMSC Introductory Sessions. If interested, you can sign up here.

A limited number of scholarships are available. You can apply for a scholarship using the LOMSC Scholarship Application.  Places will be offered in  the order application forms are received. Psychologists: Continuing Education Credit for this program is provided by UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This course offers 23.0 CE credit. California licensed MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs, LCSWs: Continuing Education Credit for this program is provided by UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. 23.0 CE credit may be applied to your license renewal through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. For those licensed outside California, please check with your local licensing board to determine if CE credit is accepted. Nurses: UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP16351, for 27.5 CE credit.

Dr Raphael Jay Adjani MBACP is a Certified Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion: highly experienced in teaching both online and in-person. Raphael is also:- ⁃ Integrative Psychotherapist: utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness and Compassion based approaches, Yoga, Creative Art, Creative Writing, Dance, Play Therapy, and Ecotherapy, fostering connection with the natural world. ⁃ Director of their own life development program: ECSTATIC LIVING: the way of the sublime. This program integrates courses that integrate Mindfulness and Loving Kindness meditations, Yoga, Dance, Art, Creative Writing, Playfulness, Indian Head and Facial Meditative Massage, Japanese Tea Ceremony (“sado”) - a Zen Buddhist practice where we bring wonder to each and every life moment, and connection with Nature, with many activities taking place in the Ocean and therapeutic pool ⁃ Yoga Teacher Trainer and Teacher of their own Yoga Program: ECSTATIC YOGA; the way of the Sublime ⁃ Leader of Meditation Retreats ⁃ Teacher Trainer for Breathwork, Tantra and Yoga Teacher Training Courses at at Samma Karuna Healing Center, Thailand ⁃ Experienced Teacher of other Mindfulness and Compassion focused programs, such as Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness for Health, Mindfulness for Stress, and Radical Self-Care. ⁃ Undertaking focused one-to-one therapy as well as life development programs that are focused to support LGBTQ+ life experience.
